Polymer video - default video loaded #1512

"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mN7IAaRdi_k is the default video loaded by our yt component. Users should never see it unless there was an error when you loaded the page or something weird with flaky wifi."

Since p4 is already deployed and there is no live stream anymore, I believe users shouldn't experience seeing the backup Polymer video anymore. Is there still a possibility users will see it?

If there is, since the Polymer video starts with the "sponsored live stream" slide which in context seems wrongly associated with I/O, we would like to replace it by another video with no sponsor/promotional messages, OR link off to a version of that video that doesn't include the promo messaging.

All the phase4 videos remaining on the site are hardcoded values (keynote) or don't expand until their video id is set and video is loaded (devbytes/sessions/featured videos). Are you seeing the default video somewhere?

I'm not - but wanted to make sure there isn't a possibility of folks seeing it somehow as I've got some angry emails about it. Thanks for confirming! I'll mark as closed then.
