QA Ph4: Homepage - Animated icons display with formatting issues #880

Animated icons display with formatting issues after switching date&time to future.

Steps:

  1. Go to https://io-webapp-staging.appspot.com/io2016/
  2. Set local time to 5/18 @ 9:59am PST
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Notice the animation

Browsers: Chrome 50 Mac OS X 10.11

Same issue occurs when setting local time to 5/18 @ 2pm PST

Should be fixed when @daschechter shrinks some assets within their bounds.
