QA Ph4: Accessibility_Content not read on live modal #918

With the NVDA screen reader enabled, no content on the live modal is read, only "google I/O 2016" is said.

Steps:

  1. Enable the NVDA screen reader tool
  2. Go to https://io-webapp-staging.appspot.com/io2016/
  3. Click to open modal
  4. Mouse over content on the Live tab
  5. Note issue
