Adding iat and jti standard claims; cached original JWT text; added copy constructor and equals operators

Added missing iat and jti claims so that all standard claims defined in RFC7519 are present. Added field for caching raw jwt text. Added handle to raw JSON objects so that consumers can access custom headers and claims. Updated tests to refelect changes.
