keyczar cpp cannot be compiled on redhat systems #134

The keyczar cpp library cannot be built on redhat distros due to redhat's 
exclusion of some ECC functionality from their OpenSSL distribution.

This problem is discussed in the forum, and I've posted a patch that allows 
keyczar to build on redhat.
