Stackdriver out of order

Describe the bug Check the log explorer, it can be found that there are error logs from the events-system namespaces:

Expected behavior No such log at all

To Reproduce It should be already in all the knative gcp deployment

According to time series reference, intervals must be non-overlapping, ie [a, b), [b,c). Need to take a closer around the following code:
