Support Anthropic models.

With this change, Anthropic models are added to Langfun:

lf.llms.Claude3Opus
lf.llms.Claude3Sonnet
lf.llms.Claude3Haiku

All of these models support images as inputs. Please set environment variable 'ANTHROPIC_API_KEY' or provide the api_key argument when creating the model.
