Error in Austrailia territory data #210

Hi,

Have been trying to track down an error where 'Jarvis Bay' appears as an Australian state/territory.

It appears to be in this url,

https://www.gstatic.com/chrome/autofill/libaddressinput/chromium-i18n/ssl-address/data/AU

How do we get this source file amended or upstream ?
