CMake build system support #24

Added CMake build system support with accompanying tests and examples. Let me know if there is anything to modify/improve and if you are interested in bringing this in.

(Saw the CLA initially when I added support, so was blocked a bit by it. Will fill out if/once you are up for merging this in)
