Add license MIT No Attribution (SPDX MIT-0) #11

Please add MIT No Attribution (MIT-0).

I don't know how prevalent it is in the Go ecosystem, but as a license it is used by e.g. Amazon

Apologies for not making this a pull request but signing a CA for this was too high friction.
