Icons request: trolleybus, public transport #1379

It would be nice to have full set of icons for public transport, which are currently missing icons for trolleybus, small/river ferry, metro/subway entrance and ticket machine.

Thanks for the suggestions. Trolley bus is a particularly easy one to do and is a clear omission! Ferry, too.
