[icon_request] unverified user #1725

Similar to verified_user but for unverified users.

@cedvdb What do you imagine would seem logical for an unverified_user icon ? A shield with a question mark instead of a check ?

I had in mind a "x" inside the shield but a question marks may actually makes more sense.
