which version of windows phone do you use?
Thanks for the feedback, @filippomartini! As mentioned on the README, our A-grade support only starts with IE10, so you'll get a B-grade experience if the browser on your phone is older than that.
If that's not the case and your Mobile IE is version 10 or newer, we would appreciate some further details, namely:
Any screenshots you can send illustrating the issues would also be extremely helpful!
Also, regarding display: flex
, as far as we know there shouldn't be any significant differences between desktop and mobile versions of IE (starting with version 10, anyway). If that proves to be wrong, however, we'll be happy to look into fixes, or at the very least update the browser support section on our README accordingly.
I'm featuring the issues with three different models: Nokia Lumia 925, Nokia Lumia 720 and Nokia Lumia 620.
I can't post screenshot becouse now I have only the Lumia 925 with the power button broken (so can't take scrrens). I will explain better the components issues below:
Those are the one I can remember for now, but if u look at the templates with a windows phone you will notice more.
My suggestion about the display:flex is related with that article: http://caniuse.com/#feat=flexbox
Is it display:flex really needed by the library or is possible to use a different display rule for WP?
Thanks for the details, @filippomartini! We'll need to reproduce the issue and run some experimentation before deciding on the best way of fixing things, but this gives us some good pointers on where to look for problems.
We'll keep this thread updated as we investigate.
Has the developer team got a windows phone? I will post some screenshot shortly, maybe they could help.
@filippomartini Any screenshots are appreciated. I do think that you are on the right track with IE11's flexbox shortcomings, though. We are investigating on how to test and fix this :)

At this point, it is a breaking change to undo this. We need to find a way to support IE11 while not changing the existing rules sites are relying upon.
@surma Do you think you can do some testing on this? Let me know if you need a hand!
@sgomes I’ll see what I can do :)
Not sure if this is related but I think so. The android logo is not appearing in the android site template (http://www.getmdl.io/templates/android-dot-com/index.html).
@sgomes It’s gonna be at least another week before I can take look at this. Feel free to snatch this if you feel like it and have the time to spare.
@surma I'll see if I can get my hands on a device to test this with.
We have one or two Windows phones in the device lab. They'll need charging up but feel free to grab if you need it.
Apologize, this library is not reliable using a windows browsers. I do not know how it could work on Internet Explorer for Desktop, in the Mobile version lots of components have visualization' problems. I believe that the issue is related to the display:flex not fully supported.
