README translation #5355

I think that translating the README file in many languages is actually a good idea to help people understand the project more easily.

@RanimAmor I think this can be implemented by using https://github.com/marketplace/actions/translate-readme-action

@surma @sgomes @sindresorhus @addyosmani IMO, this would be a great feature and by using this Action, we can also add multi language support, please do let me know your opinions :)

Material Design Lite is no longer being maintained. Please consider a move to the direct successor, Material Components for Web.

While things such as translations are valuable to projects, it is best to not spend the time on them in a non-active project. Thank you for bringing this forward. MCW is the best place to go now for a Material implementation and focus efforts there.
