Broken links to API reference #49

Pages https://google.github.io/modernstorage/mediastore/ and https://google.github.io/modernstorage/filesystem/ say there's a API reference but these links are pointing to 404 resources - https://google.github.io/api/mediastore and https://google.github.io/api/filesystem.
