Conf pylint plugin doesn't work in a few cases. #410

In usb plug's __init__.py, for example. For some reason the declares aren't always being processed.

We should probably delete the pylint plugin. I have not been able to get it to work in my basic tries and the new configuration holder API replaces the need for it anyway.
