Description of the change

This PR delivers a set of GRR Chart enhancements:

Uses latest GRR and Fleetspeak container images
Builds a smaller GRR client container image
Adds resource requests to Pods for more production like scenarios
Readies the chart for Prometheus metric scraping
Fixes several README typos

Applicable issues

fixes #141
