Integrating libgphoto2 to oss-fuzz #12032

libgphoto2 is a library that can be used by applications to access various digital cameras written in C.

It supprots 2885 cameras and media players and developed actively.

Who are some important users of libgphoto2? How many users are there?

Some of the important users is Darktable(8.9k stars) and Digikam(551 stars).

I don't know exactly how many users use libgphoto2, but it is spread widely via many package manager like debian, launchpad, and arch linux. It's frontend (gphoto) is downloaded 3,202 times in this week at the sourceforge.
