Issue: https://github.com/google/osv.dev/issues/2401 Enable API queries for specific versions in non-enumerated ecosystems (Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, Chainguard, and Wolfi) on the production instance. This change will not affect queries for other ecosystems.
