Added Ant build files Increased the Android minimum SDK version to 16.

This looks really good overall! All my comments are minor.

Two more requests:

I saw a few minor whitespace issues: tabs, DOS line endings, trailing whitespace. Let's expand tabs to two spaces and remove DOS line endings.
Since the build files for the Pd-related subprojects currently aren't working, let's leave them out of this pull request.

Thanks for making those revisions, Juergen! I created a new branch, ant_build, and merged your pull request. Then I made a few changes of my own, including ant build files for the Pd subprojects. Let's invite people to try the new branch. Then, if everything goes well, we'll merge it into the master branch.
