Google Nearby not working in Hebrew locale devices #947

Nearby notifications are not being shown for Hebrew locale devices.

We are using the language targeting feature of Nearby to send out notifications based on the device's locale. It seems to work for all languages except 'Hebrew'. We've tested this on multiple devices as well, so it doesn't look like a device issue and seems to be affecting only 'Hebrew' locale devices as far as our tests go.

It started working once we had refreshed the app and turned the Bluetooth On/Off a few times.
