I get this 1603 message when I try to download. I had Google Earth but somehow 
it disappeared. Help.

I was able to download Google Earth by just asking for the older version 7.0
It loaded fine, the newest version of GE 7.1 encountered error 1603.
Looks like the usual Windows crap problems.

En mi caso al querer decargar Google earth, aparece error 1603. Se ha intentado 
varias veces y siempre la mism,a respuesta : error 1603
