email sending and receiving #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.it forgets my passwords (especially those assigned by googlechrome)
2.trying to login
3.after log in to the system desired it forgets the other passwords

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
unable to access (user name or password incorrect)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
office 32 and windows xp 86 

Please provide any additional information below.
I found a virus once under the name of Babylon.com or search Babylon.com but it 
hides it self (@freerides.com or offline areas and who knows where else)!I USE 
COMCAST.NET/OR MICROSOFT.COM/OR XFINITY.COM/GOOGLECHROME.COM/GMAIL.COM
 The message is there one day and disappears the next or I try to save it and it disappears I DID RECEIVE A BLUE PAGE FROM MICROSOFT TECHS BECAUSE SOMEONE AT ONE THE TECH SERVICES ILLEGALLY DID SOMETHING TO MY COMPUTER.Comcast is trying  to work with me but this has been ongoing for months ?April 2012? First delete and remove all programs and then reinstall with my discs.

This issue is either invalid or it concern Chrome, if so please fill a bug at 
crbug.com
