added few changes and a file #270

  1. Added prepare_ASCAD_data_for_scaaml.py might need more inspection as it might not the accurate way to convert the dataset.
  2. Added code in train.py so one can load the model if it already exists and continue training.
  3. Added .keras file extension so it shows no error while saving the model or loading the model.
