Make the last part of the run-cli instructions produce results #113

Either we should have the demo repo use something other than AndroidLint, or we should make it work with one of the other analyzers. I know it works with CTADetector, though it has to be run directly on the eclipse project directory.

I changed the instructions to use ExtendJ, and have sample code that works with ExtendJ.
