Enhance prominence of date range on dashboard #7293

Feature Description

It has been raised in user studies and other contributors that the date range which constrains the data shown on the dashboard is not very obvious for some. We should see how to make this a bit more prominent. As part of this, we can remove the date range-based "over the last X days" from dashboard widgets (see #7192) which compensate for this underlying issue.

As discussed in #7192, once the date range is more prominent, we can remove the date range-specific naming in the few widgets that include it (if still present at the time this issue is done).
