Add GA events for the user viewing the "Top Earning Pages" widget #8215

Feature Description

GA events (eg. trackEvent calls) should be added to the new "Top Earnings Pages" widget that tracks an event any time the user views the "Top earning pages" widget on the dashboard when it is in its "completed" form, eg. when AdSense + GA4 integration is fully enabled and the user is viewing the "completed" widget with data (or in a "gathering data"/"zero data" state).
