The AudienceTiles component has become a bit unwieldy, and an earlier refactor of it had to be rolled back and wasn't reapplied in the interest of time for the initial launch.
We should refactor the component, extracting/moving data parsing and any other suitable candidates to make the structure of the component easier to follow.
