Feature Description

When Audience Segmentation is set up from the CTA on the Settings screen, both the setup success banner on the Settings screen and the setup success banner on the dashboard will be shown. We only need to show the banner on the Settings screen in this scenario.

Acceptance criteria

When Audience Segmentation is set up from the CTA on the Settings screen, the setup success banner on the dashboard should not be shown when navigating to the dashboard.
