There's enough complexity to the system that having more extensive documentation and in particular more of a cookbook for "how to do X with skicka", various usage models, etc, is probably warranted.

One topic would be using multiple accounts as per issue #73

Should also discuss the risks of using the new -download-google-apps-files option with download: if you download with that on and then upload back to the same place, you'll clobber the Google Apps files, which is likely not what you wanted.
