LLVM Test Suite test failure with NO_INFER #853

The following test -- test-suite :: MultiSource/Applications/lua/lua.test in the LLVM test suite fails with SOUPER_NO_INFER, which should not change the code at all.

Make sure the redis cache is empty when trying to reproduce this.
