I have a version of this that works with Python 3.x but can't submit PR #146

I am trying to submit a PR for this code, with an update that works with Python 3.x (https://github.com/google/spatial-media/pull/145), but it won't let me as it says I need to fill in a CLA. But for the last couple of days I've been trying to submit a CLA (different browser, different emails) and it keeps failing with: "A server error occurred, please try your request again." error. Any idea what the issue is?

The CLA just went through, server error went away.
