VR180 format does not match what youtube accepts #199

It seems youtube and google have different idea around one or two things around VR180 and mesh projection . To get a mesh projection video to be accepted by youtube the mesh projection box must be named ytmp and the stereo mode has to be 2 (left-right) not custom (3).

Can we get youtube or the VR180 spec corrected please :-)

Look like youtube are accepting mshp now. Seems the stereo mode works as 1 or 2 but ignores it for the mesh uv values as it should be still does seems to accept the custom (3) value.
