In this PR, I:

added package management through npm, bundling with webpack and frontend testing with Jasmine and Karma
added a feature so that when a node is clicked, a popup appears with the node's token list. The popup is scrollable both horizontally and vertically and can be closed using a close button
added tests to verify the contents of the popup as well as the query string constructed in the toggle feature
currently, all the token information is received and stored on the client-side but in the future we can optimize this to load the requested token list from the server on demand.
