Streamy on pub is 3 years out of date #292

Looked into using the pub copy of streamy this morning and found it was 3 years out of date.

This means it has impossible dependencies on observe and args, etc. which have rev'd past the revisions streamy 0.0.7 claims to support. Using any other modern package creates a conflict requiring dependency_overrides to bypass.
