Add Akamai binding #330

The Akamai EdgeWorkers platform doesn't currently support languages besides JS. In the meantime, we could try wasm2js and see if the resulting bundle is small & fast enough to be useful.

Don't. This requires a Rust relatable function.

I was wrong. Don't use a relatable function; use a hash function.

This seems to be a customer issue. As I, just ship it with wasm2js in order to deliver.
