textfsm.py is missing #60

I am not able to locate the file textfsm.py in the repository. Has it been removed by mistake? Please check.

The file was renamed to parser.py when textfsm was migrated to being a package. See: textfsm.py → textfsm/parser.py https://github.com/google/textfsm/pull/37
