Release 1.1.1 not appearing in PyPi #86

I must confess to being completely ignorant with respect to publishing to pypi, but it appears that 1.1.1 isn't being listed as available quite yet. Just a heads up, I suppose.

Dug through some of the PRs and other open issues. Looks like others have already mentioned this. No need to pile on.

That said, there do still appear to be references to libraries being imported in terminal.py that Windows simply cant do anything with: termios, tty
