Timelines in the left panel - second iteration #2775

This issue is blocked by #2574 (first iteration)

In the second iteration we would like to extend the timeline management in the left panel with the following features:

Allow for selection of multiple timelines.
Apply actions like delete, hide, activate on the selected timelines. (bulk actions)
Add filters like "show all active" / "show all inactive"
If the information is available, display labels for timelines (e.g. windows, linux, browser, etc)
It should be possible to also sort the timelines e.g. by name (asc and desc), by time added, by number of events.
