Timeline and Scenarios fixes + small UI fixes

This PR fixes a few UI related issues and cleans up some inconsistencies.

• Timeline chip polish
• Scenario list consistent with analyzer result (highlight colors)
• Scenarios now uses chips for queries
• Removed transition between page loads
• No hover on search input
