Timesketch home screen: Highlight and or filter out empty sketches #2914

In some cases, sketches are created but no data was added to a sketch (yet), showing a It's empty around here to the analyst. It would be nice to be able to just filter out empty sketches from the list of sketches shared with an analyst.
