Update the analyzer timeline picker #3001

Small adjustment to #2999 by moving the "Show/Hide Timelines" button to the left based on internal discussions and replacing the v-panel with divs.
Making use of the TimelineComponent introduced in #2999 by @Annoraaq in the Analyzer timeline picker component.

Closing issues closes #2774

UI feedback. When there are a few timelines the controls are hidden (good). The padding is out of place though. Please align with the other components.
