Archiving an empty sketch results the wrong dialog to be shown #3109

Describe the bug When a empty sketch is archived it will show the "it is empty here" dialog as it does the "bring it back" dialog.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new sketch
  2. Archive it right away
  3. See both dialogs shown

Expected behavior An archived sketch should not show the "add a timeline" dialog.
