[FR]: Have you guys looked at OpenRelik? #1553

What is the feature you are proposing?

Sorry its not a feature, but more of a discussion topic, but i cant do those...

I found a project called OpenRelik that is extremely similar to Turbinia. It seems to be made by google as the famous "It is just code that happens to be owned by Google"-slogan can be found here.

What would this feature improve or what problem would it solve?

Just wanted to point this to you? They seem to be very new and have limited operators available yet...BUT they have a pretty nice UI to concat different jobs together...

What alternatives have you considered?

Hi @HolzmanoLagrene !

Yes, we're definitely aware of OpenRelik! It's actually created by @berggren who was also one of the creators of Turbinia. There's definitely lots of cool things in OpenRelik and we'll be looking to see what features and concepts make sense to try to add to Turbinia as well. The UI for configuring jobs is on that list as well :).

Let us know if you think there are other specific features in OpenRelik that would be interesting to add to Turbinia as well.

FYI, we have been keeping an eye on OpenRelik and have a few ideas that we're including in our roadmap for next year. I'm going to close this out for now, but if there are any other ideas that people like from OpenRelik in particular, please comment here to let us know so we can consider them as well. Thanks!
