We present VALID, a validated avatar library for inclusivity and diversity created by the University of Central Florida and Google. The library features 210 fully rigged 3D avatars representing the seven ethnicities recommended by U.S. Census Bureau research. And perceptually validated by 132 participants from 33 countries.

Embedded textures are super painful to work with, please extract them #3

Having to go through each and every avatar and extract their textures is very painful, please extract / organize them separately from the FBX files

An undergraduate volunteer created Unity packages that have all the textures and materials extracted. We can include these packages in an upcoming update! Hopefully that will be less painful.
