Remove coverage#ShowDiff #33

It does not appear to be implemented fully.

Fixes https://github.com/google/vim-coverage/issues/19.

You meant to also remove the command from commands.vim, right?

Yup, and from doc (done).

See comment in #19. Looks like we do have a hacky internal thing relying on this to be defined and work this way. Let's discuss a bit more there before proceeding with this deletion.
