Move selector to a ui subdirectory #228

Move the selector to a ui subdirectory.

There are a couple more helpers I would like to add -- for example, for managing popups, textprop, rich text windows. Having a ui subdirectory ought to be useful for that. It's also only 3 more characters than the existing function path.
