Some project metadata changes to help make it easier to publish to PyPI so you can easily pipx install vimdoc.

Why is moving the code into the sub-directory required? It seems counter-intuitive to have the version hardcoded in the directory name.

Oh sorry, I think those were generated output files from some one-off command. Removed.

BTW I tried making a one-off curated version that would give a more readable diff: https://github.com/google/vimdoc/commit/d48e4e41e055b003ff4e1e240690e823df3e0048

But GitHub makes a mess of the diff anyway, even when I try to guide it with marker comments that match up before/after... :shrug:
