Support bleeding-edge vim in Travis test matrix #99

Could we run Travis tests against a very fresh build of vim in addition to whatever is available in the Travis test environment? In addition to testing vroom against vim updates on the horizon, it would give plugin authors a canonical reference for how to run vroom tests for their plugins against bleeding-edge vim.

Obsolete, we should get the test configs moved off of Travis instead (#127).
