Things like code annotations are meant to be working in the next milestone.

Until then we should simplify the UI and remove any data or functionality which is not working and might cause confusion.

[x] Remove "annotate code" buttons / links / mentions.
[x] Look for any other functionality or links which can be cut down/trimmed down for now.
[x] Remove broken or incomplete entries on the index page.

Deleted all test entries and broken pending review entries.
